Fastest option when you have the app
FitForge AI includes an in-app Delete Account screen for password accounts. It asks for password reauthentication, removes local private files and SQLite data first, then asks the server to delete the authenticated account.
Request deletion without the app
Use the link below to open your email app. Send only the email address associated with the account and a short request to delete it. Do not send a password or sensitive health/training information.
Email an account-deletion request
FitForge replies from the same address and confirms that the request comes from the account’s email before deleting. A store subscription is cancelled separately in the App Store or Google Play settings.
What account deletion removes
| Area | Removed from the verified account’s server data |
|---|---|
| Coach | Context snapshots, messages, and conversations |
| Training | Personal records, sets, sessions, plans, plan days/exercises, and exercises |
| Nutrition and health | Meals/items/foods, water, nutrition targets, body metrics, medication tracking and logs, plus any residual server-side progress-photo row |
| Progress and access | XP/stats, seasons/badges/quests, entitlements, quota records, dismissals, and sync watermarks |
| Social | Friendships/codes, feed reactions/items, and leaderboard entries |
| Identity | The profile, followed by the Auth identity after data deletion completes |
On the device, the app removes private progress-photo files and local SQLite data before it contacts the server. Progress photos do not normally have a server copy because they are excluded from sync; the server deletion path removes a residual row defensively if one exists.
Good to know
Deletion is the account-level control: it removes everything listed above. Separate delete buttons for single body metrics, medication records and coach messages are not available yet.
